Improvement of production molds to enhance production quality and capacity

Our company provides the production and manufacturing of small appliance shells for Midea Group Co., Ltd. The installation of ordinary production molds requires 6 processes and 8 manual labors, which cannot meet the production needs. We have improved the molds through engineers. With 4 processes and 2 manual labors, we can produce shells with better quality and greater production capacity. This solves the customer's demand for quality and production capacity and has been recognized by the customer. We have been cooperating with the customer since 2010.
